herr.rehkopf Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 In Photoshop I use the dodge- and burn-tools to fine-tune layer-masks – especially by hair. That technique can unfortunately not be implemented with Affinity Photo. What are the chances that it works in the future? rui_mac 1 Quote
rui_mac Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 I also use that technique a lot in Photoshop. Also, I use filters and adjustments (Curves, Levels, etc) in the layer masks. I have been asking for a long time for the ability to deal with layer masks as if they were simple greyscale images, like we can in Photoshop. Quote
Staff MEB Posted December 8, 2015 Staff Posted December 8, 2015 I believe this will come at some point. I also find it useful but we aren't there yet (!). csp 1 Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
