I am running Catalina so I am not sure if it is the same for later macOS versions, but for me the Recent items popup menu is in System Preferences > General, near the bottom of the window. If you can't find it there, maybe try typing "Recent" in the search box at the top of the preferences window & see if anything highlights. Note: according to https://support.apple.com/en-bn/guide/mac-help/mchlp2724/mac this popup menu should be available in your System Preferences > General window. jmwellborn 1 Quote All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V2.6 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7 All 3 V2 apps for iPad; 6th Generation iPad 32 GB; Apple Pencil; iPadOS 15.7
CB1978 Posted January 16, 2022 Author Posted January 16, 2022 Found it. Yes, it was in system preferences and not application preferences. Sorry for the confusion. Quote
