Jny
Hi, when I open my affinity publisher file, after a couple seconds I receive the error message "The file is damaged and has to be closed now" and then it closes. I tried it on several computers and instances, it's always the same. It's an important project that we worked on for more than two months and was supposed to be printed tomorrow! I would really appreaciate help from support as fast as possible. Please send me a private upload link for the file.
Bryce
I wish you luck. Do you have a backup that you could pull from and make edits? I have had the same issue with one of our Macs recently.
David in Яuislip
Try creating a new document then do Document/Add Pages from File Sometimes you can recover it, sometimes you can't. Good luck Quote Microsoft Windows 11 Home, Intel i7-1360P 2.20 GHz, 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Intel Iris Xe Affinity Photo - 24/05/20, Affinity Publisher - 06/12/20, KTM Superduke - 27/09/

Karl H.
Hello David in Яuislip With "Try creating a new document then do Document/Add Pages from File, Sometimes you can recover it, sometimes you can't. Good luck" you saved my life! I had the same problem as some other users of Affinity publisher with a 200+ pages book that was almost finished and your tipp worked! Thank you very, very much!
