peterpica Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 When I export a file with no background to .png format, why do I end up with a png that has a bright blue background? The AP file has an imported vector image with transparent background. I've attached the AFP file. Quote
Staff Leigh Posted November 30, 2015 Staff Posted November 30, 2015 This would happen if you've set Matte when exporting. Go to File > Export and then select More. Is the blue colour shown in the Matte option? Quote
A_B_C Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 Hi Leigh, I believe this is a known bug (I had it in the past as well) … and it should be resolved in the latest beta … yes, it is fixed, I just checked it … thanks, guys … :D - Fixed issue whereby transparent areas of a palletised PNG export would be blue instead of transparent.
