Welcome to the forums @Smooke

In addition to the advice above, the first thing to do would be to check that the layers have integer pixel positions and sizes.
Go to Preferences / User Interface and increase the Decimal Places settings.
Then change the document Unit Of Measure to Pixels (method differs for different application).
Then check the X/Y/W/H values of your layers in the Transform Panel for integer values.
If that doesn’t work well enough then you may need to look into Blend Modes (use the Help and search this forum).

Unfortunately, it did not help.

Are you using pixel view mode? If not you'll often see anti-aliasing artefacts that aren't really there depending on zoom level.

You do need to ensure it is all pixel aligned as @GarryP mentioned.

yes i use. Unfortunately, after exporting, the files have jagged edges.

Don't do the blend mode. Just ensure everything is on whole pixels (e.g. the x,y and width, height have to be integer values, nothing but zeros after the decimal point).

I set it to full pixels and there is still a gap. There is no problem with that in Illustrator. Maybe it's just a bug in Affinity?

If you are working towards a pixel based output (png, jpeg...) then it's best to work with pixel view turned on, and with force pixel alignment also on.

But not with "Move by whole pixels" also turned on. That option preserves any fractional pixels already applied to the layer, so for example if the X value was 1.23 px it can be moved to 2.23, 3.23, & so on.

Also note that the force option does not automatically reposition anything. It only applies when creating or moving objects.
