The landscape is opening fine for me (both RAW engines), but the flower isn't processed correctly using the Serif RAW engine. It does work fine with Apple's one. To switch to it, open the RAW file, click on the Assistant Options icon on the top toolbar and change the RAW Engine dropdown to Apple (Core Image RAW). Then close the file and open it again. It should now display correctly using the Apple's engine. I've logged the issue with the Serif engine and added your image (flower) to the log. Thanks for your report. No matter what you choose both should be able to open all images so it's more a question of preference.
