Vaz Posted August 13, 2021 Posted August 13, 2021 (edited) I thought I’d build up my cover design skills by designing three covers for one of my favourite books. This is Margaret Atwood’s The Handmaid’s Tale with three covers designed off three lines/happenings in the book. (Behance link) I've included mock up image below. Christa Elrod Posted August 17, 2021 Posted August 17, 2021 I feel that the first book cover is creating the biggest impact on me. Its colors and contrasts and above all, the human figures are adding a touch of liveliness. Very elegant combinations indeed. Vaz 1 Quote

The bold combinations of red and black, the wild feel of the red leaves at the background and a kind of strange, networked design at the middle are casting a spell of magic, mystery, and imaginations.
