  1. There is no option for texturing in Affinity software. You can try with other tools like Photoshop, Mudbox, ZBrush, etc.

  3. Well said. Importing a PSD file to affinity photo may not be a smooth journey. Some layers or objects may not work. Kindly check the video; it may help you.

I can suggest you one YouTube link that would lead you to a tutorial for removing background. Also check out the sample image that I used for background removal demonstration purpose.
