Yes, and not just on cans. In the US the warnings on cigarette packs are almost invisible. For example, Pall Mall reds (the brand I used to smoke before quitting some six years ago) had the warning in small gold-color letters on a red background. I was quite surprised when I was visiting my home country (Slovakia) and saw the warnings in bold black letters on a big white background.
