Mehal Posted June 6, 2021 Posted June 6, 2021 Have downloaded the 90 day trial version of Affinity Photo, but I am unable to create macros in the programme, I go to View - Studio - Macro, click on Macro and nothing appears on my screen at all, I have tried now with a number of different Jpeg images of all sizes but still no Macro facility. Is this a bug? I am running Windows 10.

Mehal Posted June 6, 2021 Author Posted June 6, 2021 Thank you both for your comments and I have already watched the James Ritson Macro video, however I have also carried out the same actions as he has done but no macro information appears for me to create the macro, I am attaching a screenshot with this reply. 2021-06-06-Screenshot-01.pdf
Old Bruce Posted June 6, 2021 Posted June 6, 2021 You may need to have the Left Studio showing. Make sure it is checked in the View > Studio > Show Left Studio section down at the bottom. Mehal Posted June 6, 2021 Author Posted June 6, 2021 Bingo!! I have Macro lift off, thank you so much for your patience, I am certainly very impressed already with the software, but I am also on a steep learning curve after being with PS for probably too many years, and am hoping that with practice Affinity Photo will be the replacement for my workflow. I will no doubt be a regular on the forum as I discover more problems during my adaptation to the Affinity way of doing things, again thank you for your help.
