FALLOS DIVERSOS DEL PROGRAMA

Buenas de nuevo, para no hacer demasiado largo el mensaje anterior, además de la causa señalada, se produce distintos errores que generalmente todos llevan al cierre del programa, estoy hablando que todavía no he podido editar nada durante más de 5 minutos, constantemente se cuelga y se cierra ya sea con la herramienta lazo, ya sea porque estoy con el pincel o cualquier otro motivo. Mi equipo soporta el Photoshop, tengo un i5 con 4Gb de RAM y como he dicho soporta bien Photoshop o Clip Studio. Por favor comuníquese conmigo, gracias.

Please deactivate the hardware acceleration in Affinity Photo. You can find this under Preferences --> Performance

To find out why Affinity Photo is not working for you as it should, we need some more information.
What hardware is used, what operating system? Which version of Affinty Photo?

If Affinity programs crash, a crash report is generated. It provides information about the cause.

Press Windows key + R. Write or Copy & Paste %appdata%\affinity\photo\1.0\crashreports\reports

If there is more than one .dmp file in the folder, please attach the file with the latest timestamp to your next posting.

You can also try the beta, to find out if it works. You can find the beta in the beta section of the forum.

He introducido su instrucción y windows dice que no puede encontrar el archivo. Mi ordenador es un Acer  Aspire Es15 y le vuelvo a repetir los datos ya facilitados anteriormente 4GB de ram SO windows y la versión como ya dije es la última lo compré hace aproximadamente semana y media o 12 días

Did you buy the programme from the Serif.Affinity store or from the Microsoft Store?

If you bought it from the Microsoft Store, the path is %appdata%\affinity\photo\1.0 (store)\crashreports\reports

After you have inserted the path text, hold down Shift + CTRL and click OK.

@Miguel Liria - try pasting the path again but without spaces if you're getting them like I am.

I would definitely try disabling OpenCL. Your initial reply said it kept malfunctioning - what did?

Buenos días y perdón por la tardanza en responder, ahora va todo perfectamente. He tardado porque he tenido dos mudanzas, he deshabilitado  OpenCL además restauré mi sistema operativo. Todo bien y muy contento con el producto, aprovecho también para preguntar ¿dónde está la herramienta deformación de posición libre (llamada así en photoshop)?Gracias.

I am not sure what you mean. On the one hand there is the "Liquify Persona"  and on the other hand the grid distortion tool    .

You can also find Liquify and Perspective as a live filter layer in the Distort selection menu.
