It is not possible to select more than one adjustment layer to turn in on/off.

Yeah, that's slightly annoying.
I'm not sure, but I vaguely remember reading a post that it's a Mac only issue.

modifier keys like CMD, Option, Ctrl, Shift…

Shift-clicking the thumbnail will at least have the same effect as clicking the tick box. The benefit being that at least the thumbnail is a much larger target. ;)

Or is there some kind of trick?

To disable all in one go? Somewhat, yes:
Nest the adjustments as child layers, not as "crop" layers. For regular pixel image layers, usually it doesn't make a difference in which mode you nest the adjustments. But that always depends on what final effect you want to achieve.

MacBookAir 15": MacOS Ventura > Affinity v1, v2, v2 beta // MacBookPro 15" mid-2012: MacOS El Capitan > Affinity v1 / MacOS Catalina > Affinity v1, v2, v2 beta // iPad 8th: iPadOS 16 > Affinity v2

@loukash great! yes, if it is nested, everything behaves like expected!

@MEB great! thank you! mixed with the behaviour from loukash it feels sometimes a little bit strange, why it sometimes works and sometimes not… Especially when you work in the expanded view, because you can't tell what mode the layers are. maybe the behavior would be more understandable if you could see it better in the Layers palette. Only if you close it, you can spot a difference between the layer-construction:
