Hi everyone,

This is the original image:

This is the mask:

mask-on-group-wrong-2.png.6f5f9a56a226874bb721c889a47c4629.png

I applied the mask on a colour layer:

When I put the colour layer into a group and apply the mask to the group, it looks ugly:

I very often works with mask on group, because I use several adjustment and colour layers for the same mask.

In order to be able to work in Photo, it's utmost important, that this bug will be removed as soon as possible, please!

This sound like a familiar bug logged (?) in the past.

Change the blend mode on the Group layer from Passthrough to Normal

(or create the group but add the mask to the fill layer in the group not to the group itself)

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.
