i used to have the transform panel showing the original rotation , now it shows the rotation degree in relation to the document. 

 

i can't figure out how to customize this option . 

help is highly appreciated

That looks like you have a straight curve selected and the move tool selected

i use the renasform data next to the rotation as reference for my drawings , im used to getting zero rotation  then when i move the pivot the line i get the degree between it and an intersecting line , that what i need . 

however now i get the orientation to the document , i want to change that

the picture below shows the number i mens , circled with red

Not my day today, but do you want the selected element to show rotation 0° instead of 117,3°? If Yes, just group this element.

it used to be zero without the grouping , plus i need to pivot it alone so i can measure intersection angle with other elements 

therefore grouping won't work
