How can I get Recolor to HSL?

Hi, I'm trying to find HSL value from Recolored image. But i don't really understand how can i get right value.
There is any formula for Recolor to HSL?

I think you didn't read my question. I know how to use HSL but trying to get Recolor value with HSL. I need calculation formula.

Hi GameOver,

The recolour adjustment will recolour the entire image where as the HSL adjustment affects the colour ranges selected by the colour wheel.

Hi,

If yo want to read the exact color value, you can use the Info-Panel. Simply set the color format to HSL to get the data points in the intended format.

But as others already explained, Recolor and HSL adjustment cannot be converted by a formula:

Recolor adjustment changes the both hue (H) and saturation (S) to a fixed value for every pixel in the impacted area, 0 / 50 in your example.

HSL adjustments does a relative shift of H and S. so it cannot set all pixels to the same hue value.
