Staff Callum Posted March 22, 2021 Staff Share Posted March 22, 2021 Hi GameOver, The recolour adjustment will recolour the entire image where as the HSL adjustment affects the colour ranges selected by the colour wheel. Simply set the color format to HSL to get the data points in the intended format. But as others already explained, Recolor and HSL adjustment cannot be converted by a formula: Recolor adjustment changes the both hue (H) and saturation (S) to a fixed value for every pixel in the impacted area, 0 / 50 in your example. HSL adjustments does a relative shift of H and S. so it cannot set all pixels to the same hue value.
