Hi,

I have a problem exporting jpegs in the latest version of Affinity Photo v 1.9.1.979, the exported jpegs have thin  white lines in parts of the image (example provided), it looks like a row of pixels are coming through as white, it is not in the same place on different exports and I have tried different export settings (bilinear etc) and still had the same problem. It also did the same when resaving jpegs in a batch job.

Any thoughts otherwise I will have to roll back to a previous version

Welcome to the forums @Holfo,

This seems to be a problem with the Hardware Acceleration, OpenCL Compute. Please go to Preferences>Performance and untick the box beside Hardware Acceleration. They are working on getting this fixed.

Also they just released another Beta version Customer Beta 1.9.2.997. They fixed a lot of issues with the Hardware Acceleration. You can download it and run it along side the retail version, to see if your issue has been fixed in it.
