Place Object on Path.

Recommended Posts

Creating an object, curve whatever;  I used to be able to create text on path, copy object (Object, Curve, Pixel) and copy to Text Path.  The the copied object would follow the path.  Won't work now.  BALLS!.  Want holes around the inner perimeter of the Heart.  Now it gives me some BS Pin control that is a miserable new function to place pinned, objects on path.  Doesn't work.  Object gets copied and off-set to a distant location from the pathed object.

I'm not aware of a pinned-object for Designer. Can you point me to some information about that so I can understand what you're talking about?
