Welcome to the forum @salman1 and we're sorry for the delay in replying.

We’re aware of an issue where the trial can expire after using the app once. It can happen if your hard drive is formatted to use FAT32 instead of NTFS. You can find out which file system your default hard drive is using by going to My Computer and then right-clicking on your default hard drive and select Properties.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for replying

my default hard drive says

file system:NTFS

will it be possible to fix this?

Thanks for confirming. That should be fine.

Have you changed the location of your TEMP directory? Have you changed your system clocks recently or do you have setup similar to the post below?

it just stops

it doesn't go backward

Thanks for relying. What timezone is your laptop set to? Does this change when you unplug the charger? Does the date/year change when unplugging the charger or does the time/date stop at the time/date that the charger was unplugged?

i don't completely understand what it says on this post but i am kust using a toshiba laptop which runs on AC

so when i unplug the cable it stops and the time also stops but when i connect to the internet it is usually updated automatically

There should be a battery powered clock on the motherboard - if the clock stops when the power's disconnected it would suggest the battery's dead.

That was my immediate thought, but I would expect the clock to reset (to 00:00:00 UTC on 1 January 1970) when power is applied, rather than picking up where it left off.

The laptop could connect to an NTP server, possibly from the bios.  Checking the event log might be informative.

Ah, yes, that chimes with (sorry!) this observation:

it worked fine while i was using the first 10 days trials

the timezone is utc +6

If the time isn't changing when unplugged then it should work but not sure what to suggest because the app clearly thinks that you're trying to modify the time/date to extend the trial, which you're not. I take Designer and Publisher do the same when using the 90 day PK?

That still sounds like the motherboard battery's flat - have you replaced it?

If the time isn’t changing when unplugged then it will still show the old time when plugged back in (say) 24 hours later. So it will look to the app as though the user has wound the clock back.
