Balakov Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 Hi, I'm trying to use a Global Colour on the stroke of an object with multiple strokes and it's not working as expected. This is on Affinity Designer version 1.8.5.703. The repro is to create a single object with two strokes, create a global colour, then apply that colour to both of the strokes. If you edit the global colour it will only affect the last stroke that you applied the colour to. Re-applying the global colour to the stroke will "fix" that stroke, but then the other stroke will have lost its connection to the global colour. Cheers, Mike Quote
walt.farrell Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 I can confirm that. Still a problem in the 1.9 beta, too. Here's a 1.8 .afdesign file. The larger rounded rectangle has two strokes, both with the same global color (from the Unnamed document palette) assigned. global-color-multi-stroke.afdesign Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. Staff Sean P Posted January 7, 2021 Staff Posted January 7, 2021 Hi Balakov, Thanks for reporting this. This is something we're aware of and is with development to be fixed. I will pass your comments over and get it bumped. Quote
