Staff Gabe Posted January 8, 2021 Staff Share Posted January 8, 2021 Hi @csp, Sorry for the delayed reply. We were closed over Christmas/NY. We don't have a "transform tool". What tool are you actually using? Have you got a video/project file?
csp
hi, gabe attached a screenshot. the file was a .psd and rather large 1GB + . the screenshot is after the app crashed. because i could not find a way to record a frequency separation based on median blur in AP I have to use PS causing all kind of issues with large files .psd and a lot of layers..... Staff Gabe Posted January 11, 2021 Staff Share Posted January 11, 2021 I'm sorry but this is not shedding any more light on the issue. I still don't know what tool you're using, or what exactly is it that you're doing. Can you consistently replicate the crash?
