Testing downloadable content in My Account panel

Recommended Posts

I'm not sure whether this is representative of a problem or not, but I tried downloading some of my purchased brushes this morning, from the My Account panel in all 3 beta applications. I'm reporting it here in Photo beta rather than making individual reports in all 3 beta forums.

My PC was having some storage-related or CPU-related issues at the time, I think, as I had to restart it shortly afterwards.

But my experience in the 3 applications was this, before the restart:

  1. Publisher: I did a Re-Synch from the Preferences (burger) menu and it worked and everything started downloading. But Publisher froze and I had to kill it using Windows Task Manager.
  2. Designer: I did a Re-Synch, and it worked. Designer crashed during the downloading.
  3. Photo: I did a Re-Synch, and Photo said the re-synch failed. I had to sign-out of the account and sign-in again. Even stopping/restarting Photo was not sufficient. After signing-in again everything downloaded properly.

In cases 1 and 2 after restarting the applications everything was fine.

I have a crash report from Designer, but the forum doesn't want to upload it so I'll need an upload link if you want to see it.

Designer crash report uploaded, @Jon P.

That's the only one I've gotten; Publisher was a freeze and I neglected to ask Windows to take a dump. Photo was just odd behavior.
