The lettering is part of the design and is not relevant to the issue.

Windows 10 64-bit / GTX 1660 super

The problem manifests itself when you enable hardware acceleration on the video card. Disconnecting the video card does not show the problem.

Is that a photo problem or just your graphics card trying to keep up with the high resolution?

This is a known bug in the current betas when rotating rectangles.

Has been reported, so hopefully will get fixed in the next release.
