busynights Posted October 28, 2020 Posted October 28, 2020 Can any one please let me know once I have finish tracing my image in Affinity Designer, can I apply pre defined color combinations from the color panel for my image like in Ai? Please refer attached example of the same in Ai Quote
Staff stokerg Posted October 29, 2020 Staff Posted October 29, 2020 Hi busynights, I'm not sure the exact workflow you are taking in AI but in Affinity, you could create a swatch of colours you want to use and when you've finished tracing your design, if you select the different parts and then click on the Colour in the Swatches panel, that part will be filled with the colour. h_d Posted October 29, 2020 Posted October 29, 2020 What I believe you're seeing there is the Adobe Colour Themes extension. There's nothing exactly like it in the Affinity apps in terms of pre-defined colour combinations, but you can create a variety of colour chords based on current fill colour and add them to a palette: Quote Affinity Photo 2.6.3, Affinity Designer 2.6.3 Affinity Publisher 2.6.3, Mac OSX 15.5, 2018 MacBook Pro 15" Intel.
