DWS
I have created a brochure for my community but when I open it now, Artboard2 has this green tint to it. The file exports with the proper colors and I have checked to make sure there is no adjustment layer in Artboard2. I have attached an image of what I am talking about. If anyone can help me fix this annoying little issue that would be great. Thanks, DWS Edited October 7, 2020 by DWS fixed a typo
firstdefence
Welcome to the forum, @DWS It looks like it’s highlighted, what happens if you click Artboard 1 in the layers panel, Does the tint remain on Artboard 2 ? DWS
@firstdefence, yes when I switch to artboard1 the green tint changes to that artboard. Your assessment is correct that it is highlighted. I cannot figure out how to turn that off. Thank you for your response and help. walt.farrell
That green highlighting in the Layers panel is odd, too. In my experience it should be blue. Can you upload the actual .afdesign file? I remember seeing something like that, and I believe it is Mac-specific. walt.farrell
Perhaps the geeen highlighting of the actual artboard is related to the modified highlight color that @DWS apparently has specified for the OS? DWS
I have never changed highlighting options on my mac or in affinity designer. This just started happening last night when I re-opened the file.
DWS
I changed the highlight color in my Mac OS to red and as the picture shows, the Artboard in the layers panel changed to red, but the green tint on the screen is still there. It is not going away.
DWS
Everyone that has helped me to fix this issue, thank you. I just created a new document in Affinity Designer and copied all over to my new document. This has fixed the issue.
