JeremyTankard Posted September 25, 2020 Posted September 25, 2020 Whilst developing a document in Publisher I sometimes have optional page/spread layouts. Is there a way to suppress specific pages so when I Export to PDF they are not included? This would be great for client presentation review as well as general working. I looked under 'ctrl + click' / Spread Properties but there was nothing indicating such a feature or ability. Quote
Dan C Posted September 25, 2020 Posted September 25, 2020 Hi @JeremyTankard, Using Affinity Publisher you can specify which pages/spreads are included when exporting to PDF. Make sure the Area option is set to All Spreads or All Pages (depending on if you want each page separately, or facing pages retained), then in the Pages box you can specify which pages you want included in the export. For example, my below document of 10 pages, when exported using these variables, will only export page 1 & page 4 through page 10 and will skip pages 2 & 3 - leaving me with an 8 page PDF. I hope this helps! Quote
JeremyTankard Posted September 25, 2020 Author Posted September 25, 2020 Thanks Dan, As soon as I put up the question I realised I could to that, same as sending to print – using - and , to select ranges and individual pages. I guess continuing the thought, it would be useful if there is a way to mark a spread – by colour or note (under the page number) Dan C 1 Quote
