Select artboards for PDF export

Recommended Posts

Can you please change the pdf export choices page to include "Select Multiple  Artboards" or  "Pages _  to _  " .  Not just the whole document or choice of a single board.

When one is working with quite a few multiple boards and changes are made to some of them, I don';t want to have to export them 1 at a time...

Hi @MikeK36,

I think the idea is to use the Export Persona for this use case 🙂

It sounds like you are using File > Export, which means you're trying to get 1 PDF file with each artboard on a separate page.

If that's right, and you only want a subset of the artboards, then you can already do that:

  1. Select the subset of artboards you want in the Layers panel.
  2. On the PDF Export options, choose Area: Selection with Background (or without Background; I think either works).
