grey
I used to be able to load LUTs from only DropBox, but now I can't even do that. I have tried Google Drive, internal storage, DropBox, and iCloud and none of them work. Affinity Photo is up to date, my iPad Pro (2017) is up to date. I don't have adobe apps on the ipad, I tried restarting the ipad, I tried reinstalling DropBox. The .cube files just remain greyed out. Is there a fix for just... opening a .cube file? Cecil
I read changing the file extension to .cub will allow loading on iPad. I for one did not encounter problem loading 10 LUTS .cube on my iPad Pro, 1.8.4 version. grey
I'm speechless... changing the format name from .cube to .cub seems to have worked. I guess I'll rename all of my LUTs then. Thanks Cecil!
Dan C
Hi @grey, Welcome to the forums I can confirm this is a known issue and our developers are currently working to resolve this - in the meantime the workaround is to rename the LUT files, as Cecil has confirmed above. Many thanks!

I'm not sure but I don’t think iOS allows you to alter file type? Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen). Dan C
Directly on the iPad? As far as I'm aware there's no way of doing this and it may need to be done on an external PC. We appreciate this is not an ideal workaround and our devs hope to have this fixed shortly - I'll nudge the issue again now.

Thanks for letting me know, that's really useful info 35 minutes ago, Cecil said: Please clarify Document App. Do you mean Files App? If so, I could only rename, but not change extension. I believe DM1 is referring to 'Documents by Readdle' which is a free file manager app from the App Store!

Documents app by Readdle. If you don’t have this app I thoroughly recommend getting it. It’s the aswiss Army knife of file managers. Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen). Thank you, I have Readdle, it clearly shows the lack of Apple’s Files App. DM1 1 Quote Cecil iMac Retina 5K, 27”, 2019. 3.6 GHz Intel Core 9, 40 GB Memory DDR4, Radeon Pro 580X 8 GB, macOS,iPad Pro iPadOS Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection
