Affinity-Inspiration
It's be real nice if support for .INDT file import could be added. It's obviously possible, as IDMarkz (https://markzware.com/products/idmarkz/?src=IDMarkz) can open them and export them to Affinity Publisher files. So it can be done... Thank guys. MikeW
Hello Harry, .indt files, with the exception of some special properties, are the same as .indd files. If/when .indd files are able to be opened directly, .indt files would/should be included as well. Affinity-Inspiration
garrettm30
To add to that, the likelihood of .indd support is basically nil, from what we know. IDML (import only) is the only supported solution. Only Serif will know whether it might be considered in the future, but their typical approach to feedback is to quietly listen in the background (that is, not make a comment), so for the moment that is the best answer we can give. Affinity-Inspiration
Yep, that’s ok. I can convert if I need to. Just thought it would be a great addition to open up a massive resource pool to Affinity users. And potential users. Quote iPad Mini 6. 256GB. Publisher. Designer. rysher186
.indt file support would be much appreciated from me as well!
TanjaS
Couldn’t agree more. If .indt files would be supported affinity publisher would truly be the best app on the planet. Please add it.

In other words, the "t" in *.indt stands for Template. And same as with a regular *.indd, you can then export an IDML which you can easily import into Publisher.
