FocusStacker
I've got an eleven image stack of a mountain scene, that I can possibly reduce to three images to stack. The flowers in the foreground are moving. A simple focus merge with Affinity Photo displays doubled images for some of the windblown flowers. What is the best way in Affinity to tell it to use only certain parts of each image?

Pick the best source for a given area and paint it onto the merge. John Rostron
