Photo crashes when loading .afphoto

I imported a .psd file, edited and saved it on Photo on Mac (1.8.3). Photo will not now open the .afphoto file but instead crashes. Photo on the iPad also crashes when trying to open the file. The files are reasonable size (14 & 22 MB) but I can't see a way to attach them

Some more detail - trying again I edited the file by:

- loading one channel to pixel selection

- refined selection and set output to new layer with mask

- add a fill layer and coloured it

Repeated this, but this time "loading" and then "Adding" a second channel.

Exported as .psd

Saved and closed.

The afphoto thus created crashes the app on opening. The exported .psd is ok apparently.

Unfortunately the file is crashing for me across all apps and on all platforms. I've logged this with the developers. Would you be able to attach the PSD?

@Andy Jones Unfortunately we cannot fix. Somehow, there is a pixel layer that ocntains mask info which should not be possible.

Ideally, we would need to figure out how this document was made. You said you imported a .psd file which may have caused it. Would you happen to still have that and can we have a copy please?
