km.au Posted May 11, 2020 Share Posted May 11, 2020 Hi, quite regurly I find shortcuts will no longer work, items in the UI become messed up by not being able to drag images in canvas. It usually happens when placing files into the program, especially larger exrs. The ony way to fix is to quit Affinity, reopen the program and the same file will behave correctly with being able to move elements again and the shortcut keys work. km.au Posted May 11, 2020 Author Share Posted May 11, 2020 Just using it now...pan is broken. The hand tool appears but unable to pan. Also changing brush size is stuck and no longer responds. Once again, Photo is in "crippled" mode, must be exited and started again and all the tools/shortcuts work again. Running an i7-1065G7 and Iris Plus Graphics if that helps on Windows 10 x64 Pro 1909 From what I understand there's no hardware accelerration on Windows, so I imagine the onboard Iris plus isn't affecting things. Do you have anything installed that will let you record a video so we can see exactly what is happening?
