Thomahawk
I just noted, when I make a selection and export (only elected part without background) (PNG, JPG etc) with an object that is set to multiply (a shadow in this case) the multiply does not work. It does work after grouping all the elements though. But this should not be necessary, result should in any case look the same like in Designer. afDesigner 1.8.2 on Mac Mojave
Old Bruce
While my quick attempt is not as complex as your example I see the exported png file as the same as the Designer. Meaning the 'shadow' looks like a shadow your example on the left. I am also on Mac OS 10.14.6 Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4 Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
Staff Sean P Posted April 22, 2020 Staff Share Posted April 22, 2020 Hi Thomahawk, Are you able to attach a copy of the afdesign file that you're trying to export please (along with a screenshot showing the export settings you're using) so we can investigate the issue.
