Alistair Search Posted March 25, 2020 Share Posted March 25, 2020 I am an Architecture student at the University of Liverpool and we have been kindly given a free 90 trial due these disrupted times. I have successfully downloaded the software, (Affinity Photo, Designer and Publisher) however I’m having difficulty with the final step of entering my email and product key. The product keys are definitely correct as i directly copied and pasted them from the email. But it keeps saying there is an error with the details. Are you sure you're entering the proper product key for the program you're starting? I would expect that each product has its own key. Also, a forum hint: When creating a topic the "title" field is for the subject line. It should be something that meaningfully (but succinctly) describes your problem, not your name (you can edit your post and change it, to help you get better answers). Another forum hint: it’s probably best to use the default font for forum posts. The text in the original post to this thread looks tiny here (Safari on iPad). IanSG Posted March 25, 2020 Share Posted March 25, 2020 I've had similar problems with product keys not working with copy & paste (not specificaly Affinity) which I've put down to non-printing characters being added to the key.
