Subtract operation behaves strange when on shortcut

Hi there,

I assigned a shortcut to the subtract operation (Ctrl+alt+-). When using it, I get a strange result for some letters (see photo, the H and L). When I instead apply the operation to the same selected objects from the context menu, toolbar or menu bar, everything works as expected.

The Boolean operations are buggy in 1.8 retail release.

They have been fixed in the 1.8.2 Betas, which should become official releases soon.

Hi Simba,

I should also add that holding 'Alt' down will create a non-destructive Compound object of the operation you've chosen, which unfortunately also happens when Alt is used as part of the shortcut. As Aammppaa has said we've made some fixes to the boolean results like the ones you are seeing, so updating to 1.8.2 should solve the issues for you.
