Gigatronix Pete
Hello team I have recently uploaded the 1.8 updates & am working on a pc I have started a new doc & saved it, but when i then go into Document set up expecting to find dimensions i can change if required all i get is this! I'm sure there should be a dimensions box there? What am i doing wrong?
walt.farrell
Your topic says it's about Designer, but that Document Setup panel is from Publisher. Edit: Or, it's possibly from a .afpub document opened in Designer. In Publisher you change page dimensions using Spread Setup. Edit: If you opened a .afpub file in Designer, I don't think you can change the document dimensions; you'd have to change the dimensions of each page/spread individually, just as in Publisher. Can you confirm the version and application you're running? I've never seen the "Actual Size" Zoom field in Document Setup before. Edit: What you see in Document Setup in Designer is highly dependent on the document contents, and will be different if you have a canvas, or an artboard, or a Page. Gigatronix Pete
Hello @walt.farrell @Patrick Connor Thanks for the replies chaps ...i did think that about publisher but I haven't used it at all ...i did create guides & locked them & then created an artboard, so i don't know if that confused things? When i tried to click on Spread set up everything froze ...i tried that twice & have decided to give up ...so i will just start again & delete the old files! The file was in pixels anyway Thanks anyway
