walt.farrell
I like that photo. And it opens fine for me. So if that's one that doesn't open in Photo for you I'm not sure what to say. If it is one that doesn't open for you, could you put it into a .zip file and upload that to make sure the forum software hasn't done anything to it that makes it work? Sandra Buckler
I was able to open the photo of the monkeys - (they are cute aren't they?), but the other one I sent I was not able to open. I'm wondering if you even got it - can I try to send it again and see what you feel is happening.

carl123
The forum is currently having some intermittent problems uploading files You can try again or upload the zip file to a Dropbox or WeTransfer link and post the link here Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. Sandra Buckler
I have just tried sending this zip folder again, as I'm not sure how to use drop box or we transfer. I'm just hoping it will send this time. thank you PB090046.zip
carl123
The zip file is fine but the JPG files will not open in any application I have tried so far, so it's not an Affinity problem as such. You may be able to find some JPG recovery software/service that may recover them or they may be unrecoverable. I may have another look at them later when I have more time Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. walt.farrell
I looked at several of the files. For all of them, exiftool reports: Error : Entire file is binary zeros I don't think those files are going to be usable. Sandra Buckler
Thank you so much for all the help you have given into looking into the problem - at least I feel all that can be done has been done and I appreciate it. Affinity is such a great program, and great support when needed. I'll have to be thankful for the monkeys that could be opened. walt.farrell
