Thank you so much for all the help you have given into looking into the problem - at least I feel all that can be done has been done and I appreciate it. Affinity is such a great program, and great support when needed. I'll have to be thankful for the monkeys that could be opened.

Hi Walt, I've put some of the photos I took on the day into a zip file - none of which I was able to open. thanks for your help with these. I've just tried sending the zip file and get a notice to contact you as file failed to upload

I was able to open the photo of the monkeys - (they are cute aren't they?), but the other one I sent I was not able to open. I'm wondering if you even got it - can I try to send it again and see what you feel is happening.

Hi we have returned from a holiday abroad and all the photos I took on one day will not open although they state they are in Affinity photo format. Every other days photos are opening so not sure why this particular days photos just won't. Can you help me please?
