Rainieria Posted February 20, 2020 Posted February 20, 2020 (edited) Publisher does just that. Try to add an index mark and it crashes. Edited February 20, 2020 by Rainieria typo Quote
walt.farrell Posted February 20, 2020 Posted February 20, 2020 Many of us have used indexes without that happening, so it is probably related to something in your file. Does it happen to all files, or only one specific one? Can you attach a sample file where it happens, and tell us where you were trying to insert the index mark? Rainieria Posted February 20, 2020 Author Posted February 20, 2020 Thanks Walt Here's the file The attempted insertion point is on page 4, the emboldened word Costa. Commands: Text | Index | Insert Index Mark It's the first time I've ever tried indexing in Publisher European Calobatinae.afpub Quote
walt.farrell Posted February 20, 2020 Posted February 20, 2020 Thanks for the sample file. Inserting an index mark there works fine for me, so I'm not sure what's happening for you. Possibly another user, or a Serif staff member, will have additional questions or suggestions.
