andye Posted February 15, 2020 Posted February 15, 2020 Hi, I have just installed Affinity on my new iMac. When I open an image it doesn't show in the editing screen but I can see it in the navigator window. I can paint over where the image should be and I can see the changes in the navigator panel. But nothing on screen! Thanks for any help. Quote

Dan C Posted February 16, 2020 Posted February 16, 2020 Hi andye, Welcome to the forums I've seen something similar happen previously with Metal Hardware Acceleration enabled. If you open Affinity Photo>Preferences>Performance and untick Hardware Acceleration, then restart the app when prompted and re-open your image. Is it now displayed as expected? Quote
