If I load the raw pictures (.arw) of the sony alpha 6000 camera in affinity photo they are unsharp compared to the same picture as jpeg, also after the developing procedure.

Welcome to this forum.
A screenshot or sample file could be very helpful.
When I Images in Develop Persona develop, they are passed on to Photo Persona one-to-one,
without any loss of sharpness and other adjustment are not lost either.

I don't have any trouble with my Sony .awr files. Please post screenshots of the raw file (both undeveloped and developed)  and one of the .jpg file. Please ensure that all three are viewed at 100%, otherwise you cannot really compare them.

I don't know how extreme the effect you're seeing is, but JPEG files have sharpening applied to them in camera - I'd expect them to be sharper than their RAW counterparts.
