Msv Editz Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 I've noticed a similar issue while trying to create some shapes. I selected the white shade using the color wheel and the shape appeared to have a yellow tint. I checked my color profile/color management settings for anything improper but did not find anything wrong. I provided a screenshot of my issue. https://prnt.sc/qfqsuj If you need a picture of my settings, please let me know in the replies.EDIT: I MANAGED TO FIX THE ISSUE DianeGronas 1 Quote
Staff Sean P Posted January 6, 2020 Staff Posted January 6, 2020 Hi Msv Editz, Glad you've managed to fix the issue. However just to let you know (and for anyone else who may stumble on the post), this is caused by a badly created Monitor colour profile. This can be corrected by adjusting the profile the monitor uses inside the Colour Management dialog inside Windows: Quote
DianeGronas Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 I have not used Affinity Designer because white and colors are all tinted yellow. Once I go to Windows Color Management what do I change without changing the colors everywhere outside of this program? Is there a download fix for this? The topic that @Sean P referred to is missing for me, too. Possibly in the 2+ years since he posted it's been deleted. Perhaps this FAQ will help: Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU.
