I don’t think so.
Assets aren’t shared, neither are brushes as far as I know, so I don’t think gradients will be.
When we have all three applications on all three OSes this might change as it may be easier to have a shared Affinity settings ‘area’ but I don’t know how this would work with ‘sandboxed’ apps like those from the Windows App Store where they can’t share resources as easily (or at all?). I don’t know much about the technical side of this sort of thing so I could be wrong.
