Lens Correction in Affinity Photo

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I shoot wildlife photographs with a Nikon D610 and Tamron SP 150-600mm F/5-6.3 Di Vc USD lens. I have just purchased Affinity Photo and started looking through some of my pictures but notice that when I choose Lens Correction in the menu nothing is highlighted in the section below. The software seems to recognise my lens though. I have checked Lensfun which appears to support the lens and even followed the Tutorial on the Serif sight to download the latest slr-tamron.xml file.

Am I doing something wrong?

Regards

John

Is it possible to PM me a copy of your xml LensFun and a copy of your RAW file.

this issue with the Tamron lens has been addressed in the 1.8 update which is currently available for Windows and soon available  on the Mac

is this the latest beta or is the full release version for Windows actually available?  If so, where???
