Staff Sean P Posted December 9, 2019 Staff Posted December 9, 2019 Hi NevraArts, Are you able to drag the file from the Home screen into the Files app and then upload a copy of your document please? Does the second one shown on your home screen also crash? Quote
NevraArts Posted December 11, 2019 Author Posted December 11, 2019 Hello, unfortunately it crashes also if I try to copy it, and yes, both crashes, but the second is just a copy of the first after it crashed. Quote
and3rsonsousa Posted December 12, 2019 Posted December 12, 2019 I have the same problem. Crashes every day and random moments. I came here to see if there is a solution, but it seems that no one knows what to do. Quote

NevraArts Posted December 19, 2019 Author Posted December 19, 2019 Hello, do you maybe have any update about this? Staff Sean P Posted December 19, 2019 Staff Posted December 19, 2019 Hi NevraArts, Sorry for the delay in responding. Unfortunately if it is not possible to drag the file from the home screen to Files (or elsewhere) then it maybe very tricky due to the very sandboxed nature of the iPad. If you have a Mac you could try using the trial version of the iMazing software to see if that gives you access to the files. I've given some steps in the post below, so it is worth checking those out. Personally you will be best dragging the 'com.seriflabs.affinitydesigner.ios' folder over to your mac and investigating that, as the trial only allows you 10 drag operations, so that will copy all files in 1 operation.
