E-mail verification failed?

Hi

I'm trying to download the trial version of Affinity Designer. I have verified my e-mail in order to get a download link. However on the download page it still just says " You need to verify your email address". I have tried to press the verification link in the e-mail multiple times in different browsers. Why can't I get the download link?

My order number is: *********

Edit: I have received a "Thanks for downloading" mail, but I have still not been able to download anything.

It looks like the email on your account has been validated and you have been able to sign into your account. I trust this is now resolved?

I have filled out an application and have tried relentlessly to verify the email address via the link affirm sent but it just wont verify. What do I do?

j'ai le même problème que Pupgear. C'est à dire que j'ai créer un compte pour télécharger le logiciel affinity photo, les 30 jours d'essai. Mais le mail de vérification ne s'envoie pas! J'ai vérifier mes courriers indésirables mais je ne reçoit aucune notification. J'ai fait renvoyer le mail de vérification plusieurs fois, rien à faire...

Que puis-je faire svp ??
