Christine19 Posted November 9, 2019 Posted November 9, 2019 What file formats can you save as in Affinity Photo? I didn't see any format option besides Affinity Files. Can you save as jpeg, png, pdf, etc in Affinity Photo? Quote
MikeW Posted November 9, 2019 Posted November 9, 2019 Use the export option to save as other file types. If you have used adjustment layers, painting, etc, you should use Save to retain those things for future editing. Quote

OP did not specify OS. This is especially true for most using Catalina. Dan C Posted November 9, 2019 Posted November 9, 2019 Hi Christine19, Welcome to the forums Unlike in Adobe apps, File>Save and File>Save As will only save your document to the .afphoto format - which are files that only Affinity can open. In order to save your file in another format, such as JPEG, PDF, etc, please go to File>Export and select your preferred format and settings here. I hope this helps! Quote
