  1. Not seeing that behaviour on my iPad Pro. If you have already done a Forced Restart then the next step is to save all your work into an iCloud folder, delete the app and re-install. RPReplay_Final1682459077.mp4
  2. You can’t do that across artboards as they are in different domains. Consider using symbols or linked layers.
  3. Welcome to the Forums ! It may be helpful to attach the .afmacro file or .afmacros library to this thread for others to test.
  4. Maybe worth checking “both” locations, odd that for me different amounts of storage are shown under general-ipad storage-safari-website data and safari-advanced-website data.
  5. Did you try going into iPad storage safari settings and deleting web site data.
  6. I think someone uploaded spirals.afassets this to the Resources section although I can't find it now. EDIT: Link to forums
  7. Apple sandboxing prevents this BUT there is a work around on V2 apps. Simply create a TRANSFER asset pack. In all V2 apps it will be visible on all apps instantly. So select your items, add to the TRANSFER asset pack, switch to the other app and insert from the TRANSFER asset pack in the other app.
  8. No problem, that is why in my signature I say ‘The hardest link to find is https://affinity.help” as it is not listed on the Serif home pages. @Serif Add to your new V2.1 iPad “Help, Learning Portal, QuickStart Guide, Whats New, Online Help” Why? Because iPad users have to stop working to read built in help so the Online Help pages are 10x more valuable to the iPad user than the desktop user because they can multitask to read it.
  9. Your file was set to 300 DPI. Use document -> resize and change DPI to 72 DPI. When I did this the file exports as PSD on my iPad version of Affinity Designer V2.
  10. Did you check the online help pages for the iPad versions, you can keep them open while working and multi-task between them and Affinity. :- https://affinity.help
  11. No problem if it happens again try and do a screen recording, strange things do occasionally happen on iPads.
  12. You don’t have a screen protector on do you? , if pressing hard is causing a two finger gesture to be created then that cancels the single finger gesture.
  13. The only way I can replicate the canvas changing is if I use a two finger gesture rather than a single finger move gesture. Can you do a screen recording of this happening, make sure you have ‘show touches’ turned on under preferences.
  14. Hmmm only way I can replicate that is by touching the stroke slider which immediately puts a stroke on the fill. Whenever I have a strange iPad problem often a Forced Restart fixes it. Have you tried closing all open apps then doing this? https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/ipad/ipad9955c007/ipados The next step would be to try the 2.1 beta version to see if that does the same. The beta version installs along side your V2.0 app. https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/affinity-beta-program/ Alternatively if you have saved all your work into an iCloud folder and don’t mind losing all your Home Screen projects then delete the app and try re-installing it after a Forced Restart.
  15. Possibly try using the context tool bar options for STROKE and FILL options for the pencil tool, I have seen some funnies using the colour studio wheel stroke and fill option, it seems to work slightly different.
  16. Did you try setting the PSD options in Affinity Photo preferences which is the app most similar to Photoshop. Affinity Designer is a replacement for Adobe Illustrator not Photoshop.
  17. The iPad version works the same as any desktop application, you do not leave files open in tabs on any desktop applications so don’t do it with any of the Affinity apps, any documents on the Affinity home page are just like open tabs on any desktop. Learn to use good saving and closing practice when moving between PC, iPad and Mac.
  18. So you are remembering to close your open documents on the iPad Affinity Home page before opening on the desktop? And of course vice versa when you move from desktop to iPad.
  19. I am getting similar results as you on both my Mac and my iPad for your images. I did get some better results by processing each raw image first with your adjustments and saving to a lossless format such as TIFF before doing the HDR merge as we know JPEG is a lossy image format and also reducing the initial number of images. You could investigate furthur. However I am seeing a loss of detail when exporting the final HDR image compared to what is on screen no matter which image format I use. I believe on export the images are being resampled which likely explains this. Why they always resample on export we will need Serif to point to the explanation.
  20. Welcome to the Forums! Can you do a screen recording (Shift - Cmd - 5) and upload that here and if possible can you upload an example CR2 file that has this problem so that we can repeat the steps you are doing.
  21. What is the exact version number you created the file with? What is the exact version number you are opening it with? You can check exact version numbers under your account details.
  22. Apple photos does a decent job as well. The cool animation is just for show, the selection is instantaneous. 1317830038_ScreenRecording2023-04-07at08_42_05.mov
  23. I think you would need to attach the .afdesign file to your post for the Devs to check out. What is the version of Affinity Designer, on iPad?, on MAC?
  24. Yes already had a good play but absolutely no idea other than some commercial issue why they don't allow an export of the results. Danger Will Robsinson $$$.
  25. HDR seems to work fine on my M1 Mac Mini using macOS Ventura using the sample old window from the Affinity Photo text book. Would it be possible to upload your source images or have you tried this example. The images are located at https://affin.co/hdr. PS: It is very easy to screen record on a Mac rather than using your phone, simply press SHIFT-COMMAND 5. Screen Recording 2023-04-06 at 19.25.40.mov
