  1. Just for giggles, I downloaded a copy of Affinity Photo 1, and used the files app to load some styles and brushes without issue. My work around with version 2 is to use the OneDrive app directly. It adds a step or two to the workflow, but with no problems. I’m convinced the problem is a combination of the files app and version 2. No other combinations cause a problem.
  2. Well, I thought things were better, but the problem still occurs, although it takes longer before it happens. My work around is to use the OneDrive app directly, even though it adds an extra step to the workflow.
  3. It took a while to recreate the error, but after the third try it did it again. Once it happens, iCloud and OneDrive disappear from the list of drives when importing or exporting. It also does with the save as command. Trying to edit the side bar does not give the option to re-add those drive. Also the share button goes dark and the app hangs. I can force close it, but the drives won’t reappear until I restart the iPad, but the shutdown takes a couple of minutes to to go dark.
  4. I had mentioned this last week, but after more checking I can confirm that the files app loses the drives after using it in Photo 2.4 for iPad. iCloud, one drive, files on iPad stop showing up. I have to restart the iPad to get them back, but during shut down it can take two or three minutes before shutting off. It only happens when using Affinity Photo. Thanks
  5. I’ve also been having problems with 2.4. It hangs on the export menu when tapping the share button. I’ve reset, and also uninstalled/reinstalled. Another problem is the option to import/export from my OneDrive account has disappeared. Uninstalled/reinstalled OneDrive with no change. Some of this does coincide with the release of 17.4 edit: all seems normal this morning. Not sure what happened…
  6. I think it’s a new behavior of the app. I found out when changing the length or the width and tapping the check mark it does resize accordingly. I also realized that you have to slide the option bar up top to reveal the resample switch and make sure that’s on. The slider doesn’t recalculate like the old dialog box.
  7. This may be user error, but I’m not able to resize an image with the aspect ratio locked. I’ve tried it with both states of the locked button, but it doesn’t work. I’m running 2.01 on a first generation iPad Pro with a 9.7 inch screen, so I may be coming up short on screen real estate. Thanks Kevin Parnell
  8. The mixer brush worked for me in the beta, so I uninstalled and reinstalled and all works as it should. Thanks!
  9. The paint mixer tool has no effect with 1.10, nor did it work with previous versions. Doesn’t seem to matter what brush I use. I’ve tried all the different options for the tool. I can use the smudge brush, but then it leaves white streaks on the edges. 9.7 iPad Pro (2016) 14.71
  10. It’s an old Pentax: K-10d. File is in DNG format https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ancpaa2KlERxjIokSERorsv8nvtTsg
  11. Sure. All is well when I use the apple engine, but not the Serif. Thanks!
  12. Just received the 1.92 update. When trying to import a DNG from my old Pentax DSLR, I either get a transparent screen with no photo displayed, or the app crashes. Tried on multiple files. This was not an issue before this update. Edit: switching the RAW engine to Apple solves the problem. But I would prefer to use the Serif engine...
  13. I too am having multiple crashes, especially when importing photos from my OneDrive account. It usually takes two or three tries to get it to load. My iPad is a 2016 iPad Pro 9.7 running 13.3.1. Never ever had a crash before... Kevin Parnell
