Hi @GabrielM,
Thank you for your return, but I would recommend you to take a look at the other topics that many people are mad about this issue. It's not about a file, but with any file. so it's an app's bug.
And we still do not have any official answer from Affinity about that. It's sad!

At this stage of the game the issue has been occurring for at least 4 months, it might be necessary to leave a review on the AppStore for this app. They claim the app to be a high quality precision vector application but they can’t even get a basic fundamental editing feature to work correctly. Maybe a review might wake up Serif to this issue, but I’m not holding my breath.

@DelicateGeniusI don’t like this solution... as a PRO tool, the app must be accurate. Simple as that.
A solution as that for me is unacceptable...

@fabiogil The Mods ARE logging these issues with the app developers. The developers are simply very very slow in providing solutions or even progress reports. A major release before years end would be a nice surprise.

It pissed me off, I'm simply not using AD on Ipad anymore till they fix it... :((((

Chiming in to say I'm seeing this issue as well. I also often find myself trying to move a selected object without switching to the Move tool first, simply by using a one-finger touch outside the selected area (a gesture I've gotten used to in other apps). I wonder if that might make sense to implement here, so we can move objects without needing to cover them with a finger/pencil.

Happens even to bigger objects, I’m pencil-taping and dragging in the center of the qube, still somehow manages to resize it (with a lag). Maybe some “move” handle like for rotation (on opposite side, for example) would be good idea (for small objects especially)?

Hi Guys,
Great update! I've been using AD for 3 years! My considerations:
1. Something that is very annoying, especially on daily basis workflow is the 'save popup' (see image) mainly when using Separate Mode > the tool bar always get on top of it, and I always have to move the bar. It's really annoying! Please, consider changing the behavior of the save popup!!!
2. the Frame text do not adjust/ snap automatically to the size of the text block. It just doesn't make sense! Why should I keep the frame size smaller than the text block?
Intuitivelly i think it should adjust automatically to the size of the text block..
