    Was also very confused by the result - everything is taged as <div> - the PAC https://pdfua.foundation/en/pdf-accessibility-checker-pac/ helps to preview the result for srreenreaders and it is disapointing, so far I can only create PDF/UA documents with Libre Office -> you can edit exported PDFs with Libre Office Draw with some good results to make the document more accessible but it is alot of work-around

    Realy would like to see bitmap tracing in the Affinity Suite, currently I use Inkscape for that feature alone: https://inkscape.org/doc/tutorials/tracing/tutorial-tracing.html

    I was thinking about switching to a Linux Laptop for work but it seams only Affinity Photo and Designer V1 work properly with whine, not Publisher and not V2 so far - thanks for sharing your experiences and I realy hope this will change in the future

    +1 on non-latin support, had to use workarounds with other software, using the text just as vector shapes, but it is no ideal

    since more and more fonts are available in the varaible format I would also be glad this feature to be implemented in the Affinity Suite, but so far the main use case seams to be in webdesign

    upgraded to Windows 11 and Publisher 2 runs without problems now

    I have the same problem while opening and trying to work with a v1 file but with v2 publisher - I have to use publsiher v1 for now until the project is done, since it crashes very often and even when I try to save often.

    Yeah I accidentally installed the update again for some reason I can not find to hide it, so I need to pause updates aswell EDIT: so after I unstalled it again - the Tool only shows me 1 update - a NET Framework Update so I will hide that one and hope it works

    Thx this resolved the issue for me, though I can not hide the update after I unistalled it - does anybody know a good method to prevent it from beeing installed again? I tried the troubleshooting tool ( https://winfuture.de/downloadvorschalt,3535.html )

    does anybody have an expirience with the AMD Ryzen 5000 G-Series (Zen3) with graphics unit onboard - does this setup work better with Affinity? As far as I understand a the X-series is better in performance over all, especially with a dedicated GPU, but I mostly find artikles about that in regards to gaming.

    sadly I have to agree - it mislead me and I hope not more people will be unhappy with Affinity Products (which I am otherwise very happy with) because of this
